Hey Rey, we're sorry to hear your cards have not arrived. We understand it must be disappointing as you wanted to get your 4x Electric Luna's and 4x T-Bone's.
We can confirm your order was packed and shipped via the shipping method you informed us to use which was stamp mail. Unfortunately stamp mail is not insured or tracked, because this is the inherent drawback of the shipping method you told us to use for your order.
Orders made via tracked options are both insured AND tracked, so the entire value of your items are covered should there be issues that stem from the delivery by Canada post.
Because we no longer have the cards in question in our possession, there is not much we can do in this scenario. If you have a proposed resolution we are open to hearing it and working through it with you.

I bought this for my boyfriends birthday, and he absolutely loves it! The colors are bold and the art of Ace & Yamato reads so well on the red background. Will most definitely be ordering from optcg again!
The playmat is great quality. It is thick and has good stitches on the edges. It does have some trouble fitting into my Monster playmat tube due to this though.

Deckbox works with perfect fit clasp shells and has room for dice/tokens in the front as well! Awesome product to play OPTCG in style!
I had an order not delivered as it was stuck in transit. OPTCG.GG have been SUPER helpful in the process of recovery. They responded immediately to my claim and have put in a claim with USPS to help get this recovered sooner. The best support and I am very excited to receive the dice!

Buying outside of America takes a bit more time to arrive but is definitely worth it.
