I still dont have the cards that I ordered its been a while now that canada post resumed
Hey Rey, we're sorry to hear your cards have not arrived. We understand it must be disappointing as you wanted to get your 4x Electric Luna's and 4x T-Bone's.
We can confirm your order was packed and shipped via the shipping method you informed us to use which was stamp mail. Unfortunately stamp mail is not insured or tracked, because this is the inherent drawback of the shipping method you told us to use for your order.
Orders made via tracked options are both insured AND tracked, so the entire value of your items are covered should there be issues that stem from the delivery by Canada post.
Because we no longer have the cards in question in our possession, there is not much we can do in this scenario. If you have a proposed resolution we are open to hearing it and working through it with you.
The cards were packaged very securely and showed up in a timely manner! Would definitely order from here again, thank you!
