Hey folks! Wanted to apologize for the radio silence. We've been trying to juggle a few projects some of which you've seen some you haven't. We're just coming off the weekend Regional Broadcast here in Toronto. Here's a sneak preview of whats to come
- We are at ANIME NORTH THIS WEEKEND
- Two more Regional Broadcasts in June we're producing
- New Playmat Designs, one of which will be the "biggest" we've ever done
- 4 Pocket Binders
Here's some updates regarding things people have reached out about the most
- Deckbox Restocks -- Deckbox restocks are in, we're just waiting for the arrival of the second wave and holding back the first set of stock for Anime North as we won't be able to fulfill orders until Monday anyway
- Order Delays -- All orders that were backed up due to the Regional Broadcast will go out by Friday before Anime North
- Singles -- We'll be taking down our singles for the weekend and have MUCH MUCH more available at Anime North as I finally open up the vault. Coming back we'll be revising our singles system for better fulfillment time and inventory accuracy
- Shop Operations -- We'll be "offline" for the Anime North weekend, as well as weekends where we're broadcasting.
- "I need my address changed" / "Cancel or modify my order" -- When reaching out just let us know the Order # and new Address or modification you want. We often can do it right away, it's the back and forth coordination and replying that we can't do quickly.
