Hey folks!
Hope everyone is having a happy new year so far!
We have some updates regarding our fulfillment schedule as we head into the new year looking to make some improvements
Things we wanted to do this year:
- Improve the speed of restocks, as well as new merch development
- Fulfill orders quickly and more frequently
- Be more active with support tickets and resolving your queries quickly
We know we haven't been the best at these things as we're getting used to the scale of orders. For context, up until now it has just been me (vandiil) working on the fulfillment side, so the person meme-ing on Twitter and casting-- is also the person packing and shipping your orders, and answering support emails.
Going into the New Year we now have additional help on fulfillment and here's what you need to know:
- As we ramp up, our days for dropping off orders to be fulfilled will be Tuesdays and Fridays
- Meaning we are only dropping off orders to be shipped twice a week
Overall with one less drop-off day we can get more stuff packed and ready to go since we aren't scrambling to get it to the depot, and we can be more strategic with our time planning things like restocks, new merch and OPTCG content!
