We're sorry to be reaching out like this, but we have a bit of an international "oop-sie." We have been prioritizing ordering our items in advance and pushing back our promise dates so we're able to deliver on the dates we show you when you're ordering. We understand what we say and the trust you have in us is important, and we want to do our utmost to respect and appreciate it.
One thing that got lost in translation is that in parts of Asia people observe Lunar New Year as a several day long holiday, so we won't be able to get the materials for mats like we normally do until a week later than we expected.
