Hey folks!
It's been a busy few years since we first started over 2 years go. Since we first started I've had really little time to just sit down and re-evaluate the directions we're going, and really plan out where we want to go next.
I want to say I'm very thankful for how busy y'all keep me and how honoured we are to have your support.
That being side, I'll be taking some much needed rest and relaxation for a little bit from November 8th through November 16th ahead of our INCREDIBLY busy holiday season and unannounced Giftsgiving 2025 Event for those that remember it from last year.
Here's what you need to know:
- Orders made by 02:00AM EST Friday November 7th will be fulfilled before end of day
- Orders made after that time will not be fulfilled until November 17th
- There won't be support responses during the time from November 8th through 16th, but we'll try our best to get back to everyone with active tickets before then
- For orders placed during the downtime, we have plans to get some extra hands to help out once we're back so the order backlog is caught up on within a day or two's time
