"My package was returned to sender, what do I do?"

We've received a string of returned packages from the US, as it seems that selectively some folks at some post offices aren't fully sure of how to handle packages coming from Canada that have customs declarations. 

This makes up about 5% of the orders from our past few months, and is not an overarching issue with our labels or logistics of shipping from Canada to US, but something happening later on once the packages cross the border properly. 

We're working with USPS and our shipping fulfillment partners to get these situations resolved, but if you have encountered this, please send us an email, or contact us via our inbox chat with your order number. 

All your orders will either be refunded or re-sent, so rest assured!
